At Barks and Rec, our furry guests are taken out 6 times a day for potty breaks and playtime.

  • Potty Breaks: The first potty break begins at 6:30 am and the last potty break ends at 10 pm before bedtime.
  • Comfortable Accommodations: Our spacious kennels and suites are designed for the ultimate comfort and relaxation. Your dog will have a clean, safe, and comfortable place to rest.

  • Regular Exercise: If our boarder is a regular at daycare, they are able to play with their daycare companions for their playtime. If they are not, they will be in their own play area for playtime.

DIY DOG WASH

Whether your dog needs a quick rinse or you’re ready to give them a day at the spa, our facility is fully equipped to handle your DIY dog grooming needs. 

Our Do-It-Yourself dog wash is open from 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Our DIY wash is now available on weekends with the following hours: Saturday: 8am-10am & 1pm-4pm and Sunday: 1pm-4pm.   We provide a bathtub, a variety of shampoos and conditioners, ear cleaner, and a blow dry station to make grooming a breeze. Gone are the days of struggling to groom your dog at home. Our well equipped facility ensures that you can maintain your dog’s appearance with ease and convenience.

Full Service Bath

  • Pickup After Hours: Pickup after 11am Monday-Friday will incur a charge for an additional day. Pickup outside our allotted window on weekends will also result in an extra charge.
  • Additional Dog Discount: For dogs in the same kennel, the rate will be $57 for the first dog and $45 for the second. If the dogs are in separate kennels, no discount will apply. However, we do offer a 10% discount for military personnel, teachers, and EMS workers.
