Choosing the right pet boarding and daycare facility is a significant decision for pet owners. To help you make an informed choice, we’ve compiled answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our pet care services.
1. What services do you offer at your dog daycare and boarding facility?
We offer dog daycare for socialization and play, overnight boarding for a safe and cozy stay, and DIY dog-wash stations so you can keep your pup clean.
2. Your facility is completely indoor. Why is this okay for my dog?
Our indoor facility provides climate control, protection from extreme weather, cleanliness, and secure play areas. Your dog stays safe, comfortable, and happy no matter the season.
3. How do you ensure the safety of the dogs in your care?
We train staff in dog behavior, CPR, and emergency protocols. Dogs are grouped by size and temperament, supervised closely, and cared for in a clean, secure environment.
4. Can I bring my dog’s own food and belongings for boarding?
We strongly encourage you to bring your dog’s own food for boarding. It can be overwhelming on some dogs, especially the first night away, so it is best to try to keep their routine as normal as possible. If you do not bring your own food, we will offer our food to them for a charge of $2.00 a day.
We accept their belongings at your own risk. We will provide every dog (with exceptions of known chewers/destroyers) with a bed. We can provide blankets upon request for no extra charge. If you do bring your own bed or blanket we are not responsible if any accidents happen to them. Instead of bringing their bed, we recommend bringing a familiar blanket or an old shirt that can be easily washed. Any items that are brought for boarding will be subject to get washed during their stay so keep that in mind.
Bones and other toys are not allowed. This creates too big of a risk for your dogs and our staff. We can provide kongs and certain toys during hours where employees are one on one with your dog upon request.
5. What are the requirements for dog daycare and boarding?
Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccines. Daycare requires a 3-hour evaluation before being accepted, and boarding includes a meet-and-greet with our staff.
